ReadyNas 104 Randomly powers down #27291440

I have a readynas 104 that is randomly shutting down - it can be after 1 minute or 10minutes but it will always shut down. I have the latest firmware on it and have tried 1 new disk but it...
Hi.
The firmware is 6.5.1 and I have enabled / disabled the power schedule tna.
Looking in the logs shows nothing, it doesnt show it shutting down at all and when I observe the unit it is litterly as if somebody has removed the power cable from the back of it.

Logs have been sent. These have just been downloaded from Raidar after the readynas had turned it self off.

Does it still appear to power off randomly if you boot it to volume read-only mode?No Backups! there is nothing on there that cant be lost but I would rather not reset everything unless I had to as a total last resort.
I have just rebooted into volume read only mode and its just powered itself off so no change there.
