I have been waiting for the Scrub to finish, and now it is done, no error found so the data is there.
I "just" cant access/see it.
But I suppose that I have to contact support regarding this isse.

I have the same readynas 104 and after upgrade to 6.9.3 all my shares are gone! except for the home folder. The space is still in use.
I am getting a little nervous right now. Please provide a solution!

Paid support from Netgear is probably the best option (though data recovery is always quite expensive).
If you can connect all the drives to a windows PC, you could also try ReclaiMe software (also expensive).
Don't write any files onto the NAS (in fact you should reboot it in read-only mode). Writing more data will reduce the chances of getting your files back.
