Readynas 104 won't boot. Error 354 out_of_memory
I am getting error 354 on booting, please help

What firmware are you in? Can you try booting into Volume Read Only mode? Here is the guide.
I would suggest doing a full backup. If you still have support then contacting NETGEAR Support is recommended. Kindly download the full logs if possible and send the logs using this guide.
If you can have a complete backup, A firmware update then factory defaulting the unit.
