Do you mean you can't create a new share from the NAS web UI? Or do you just mean you can't access an existing share in File Explorer (or map it to a drive letter)?

Is this happening on multiple PCs? Have you tried rebooting the PC?

Please describe what you are specifically doing and what error message, if any, you recieve.
If you are trying to say you cannot create a mapped share on the PC, then have you tried both the NAS name and IP address? Do you see two listings for the NAS under NETWORK? One would be in the Computers section and look like a computer and the other would be in the Storage section and look like a NAS/server.

I have tried both the NAS name and IP address, but receive the same result. I can ping the NAS no problem. I don't see the NAS at all under the Network settings or Storage section.

Do you have more than one PC? If so, is this happening on all of them?
Have you tried rebooting the PC and the NAS?
Have you tried this procedure using CMD (using the real NAS IP and admin password of course):
net use * /delete /y net use t: \\nas-ip-address\Data /user:admin nas-admin-password
You'll find CMD using search in the windows 10 search bar. Be careful on the typing - particularly spaces and the two different slash directions. If you get an error, please let us know the details.

Yes I have tried, it makes no difference.

And that result is what?

No result, it still can't find the NAS. It comes up with a Network error dialogue box, saying that the server address can't be found.
