Please describe what you are specifically doing and what error message, if any, you recieve.
If you are trying to say you cannot create a mapped share on the PC, then have you tried both the NAS name and IP address? Do you see two listings for the NAS under NETWORK? One would be in the Computers section and look like a computer and the other would be in the Storage section and look like a NAS/server.

I have tried both the NAS name and IP address, but receive the same result. I can ping the NAS no problem. I don't see the NAS at all under the Network settings or Storage section.

Do you have more than one PC? If so, is this happening on all of them?
Have you tried rebooting the PC and the NAS?
Have you tried this procedure using CMD (using the real NAS IP and admin password of course):
net use * /delete /y net use t: \\nas-ip-address\Data /user:admin nas-admin-password
You'll find CMD using search in the windows 10 search bar. Be careful on the typing - particularly spaces and the two different slash directions. If you get an error, please let us know the details.

Yes I have tried, it makes no difference.

If you don't have an up-to-date backup of your files, then I suggest making one.
One thing you could do is download the full log zip, and then send a PM to the mods ( JohnCM_S and Marc_V ) asking them to take a look at the zip.
Don't try to post the log zip here - it shouldn't be posted publicly.
Instead, put the zip file into cloud storage (dropbox, google drive, etc). Send a PM using the envelope icon at the upper right of the forum page. Include a download link to the zip, and a link to this forum thread.

Yes, I've previously tried this possible solution. It has no impact for me unfortunately. The error is "The network name cannot be found", being the name of my NAS. Thanks
