1500 stopped letting me log in, authentication failures & password reset form didn't work. Put it in Restore OS mode by holding down the SYS button, booting, toggling to the corresponding LED and rebo...
Powered down for a few minutes, was able to get it into OS recovery and flash the firmware. Thanks all.
