If you are running raid-5 (or xraid), then you are protected against a single drive failure. Multiple drive failures do result in destroying the entire volume.
So you should still be able to access your data, and Frontview should be telling you it is not redundant. I suggest hot-swapping the bad disk with a new one.
If it also a good idea to make a backup, as there is a chance the raid resync will uncover some bad sectors in the remaining disks - if that were to happen your data volume would be lost.
