We used to use ReadyCLOUD but that apparently doesn’t work anymore. I plug it in locally to the router and on my windows pc(windows 11). The firmware is 6.10.7. I couldn’t get in with the admin and password so I reinstalled os. I am able to get to a setup wizard in microsoft edge but it just gets to the end and keeps looping. Any ideas on how I can get in? I’m hoping the data is on the drives and this is just an access ability issue. Thanks.
You shouldn't have seen the setup wizard - hopefully you did not accidentally do a factory default when you tried to reinstall the OS.
if you enter \\nas-ip-address (using the real NAS IP address) into the Windows Explorer address bar, are you seeing your shares?

Ok, I got a new drive. Took out the old. Installed it and was able to get in via edge no problem. I booted down, and replace the 4 original drives and restarted. now I can’t get back In again, back to the wizard screen loop.
I ran the raidar program and this is the result. Not sure what this means?
Status: Volume data-0. RAD level 5, inactive, 7.3TB (100%) of 7.3TB used
Volume data BAD Level 1 Inactive; 3.6TB (100%) of 3.6TB used
This is in yellow,
All four drive are shown at the bottom with green check marks.
Any idea what this means? Is the data gone? If not is there anyway to get the data if plug it into my computer? Thanks in advance.
