ReadyNas 214 can not enter as admin user from group admin but other username from group admin sucess
Version 6.10.3
when i'm entering username admin and password I see connecting until bar is not finished then again username and password window.
If i'm using another username from the same group then still waiting sometime then sucess.
How possible to solve this? admin is default user with id 98. No possible to delete it and recreate as another user.

I have ssh to the system and can look into logs. Where I can find where is trouble? How to solve it?
One thing to check is the processing load on the NAS. So perhaps run top from ssh.
You could also try rebooting. From ssh you can type rnutil rn_shutdown to shut it down gracefully.

Yesterday, I'd hard reset power of NAS. After starting the situation was not fixed but the storage was syncing stage.
The trouble was not solved. Tha page was opening the same. I connected by ssh and check top but no extreme load there as I remember.
After night I checked again and absent trouble. Just I have not trouble with connection but your advice is very usefull and I'll use it next time.
