Hi all!
I have a similar problem: error 1014019995
Model ReaduNAS 214
Firmware 6.10.6
Type RAID5
How can I solve this problem and restore the data?

Do you have a backup of your data?
One option is to engage paid netgear support. They'd work remotely, and in many cases can remount your volume quickly. But you will likely need a data recovery contract. https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service
There are things that you could try yourself using ssh, but you will likely need help to analyze what's happened, and to take the right corrective measures. If you want to pursue that path, then see if rn_enthusiast chimes in. He has sometimes helped folks with this. But there is definitely more risk to your data if you try to fix this yourself.
RAID/BTRFS recovery software is a third approach - you'd need to connect the disks to a PC (which might require some investment in suitable adapter/docks or an enclosure), and purchase the recovery software. ReclaiMe is a package that folks here have used with some success.

Hi brunets
I can take a look for you if you want. Was away on hols so didn't see this thread till now.
When you access the NAS Admin web page, go to: System > Logs and here you will see a button called "Download Logs" on the right-hand side. Click this and it will download a zip file with all the NAS logs inside.
Take this zip file and upload to your Dropbox, Google Drive or similar and then make a link where I can download the log zip file. PM me this link please. Then I will have a look to see what is going on.
Cheers
