    Hi, 

     

    thanks for the reply. To clarify; F&P is short for File and Print.

     

    Have just updated to the latest firmware and will monitor for a couple of days.

    An app. But i've now taken that off and seeing if it makes any difference.

      Have upgraded to 6.9.5. So far it seems to have resolved this issue. Which is helpful!

        Great.  FWIW, I upgraded from 6.9.3 to 6.9.5 also, and found that the SMB issues I had with 6.9.4 didn't recur.
