ReadyNas 312 Backup Job folder not connecting

Hi All,

 

We have a readyNAS that we are trying to back up to Dropbox.com. However when I try to backup more then one share the second share I try to backup will not back up. I have to disconnect and reconnect the ReadyNAS to dropbox and then I can start backing up the second share but then the first share will no longer connect and back up. Is there a limit as to who many shares I can backup at once? Is there something I am missing that I need to do to back up multiple shares to dropbox? I really need to figure this out because we are using this as a backup and if this does not work we need to find something different.

  • The Dropbox functionality is for backing up a single share to Dropbox.

    You may wish to consider alternatives such as getting a second ReadyNAS and backing up using ReadyNAS Replicate.

    Hello DannyK89,

     

    This is by design, currently ReadyNAS OS6 allows only one share at a time to sync with DropBox client. Being able to sync multiple shares has been requested already, unfortunately we have no ETA.
