ReadyNAS 312 Vertical Expansion - First Time
We needed to upgrade a client from their existing 2Tb Raid 1, to a 6Tb Raid 1. I verified that the WD Black 6Gbs were in the acceptable (compatible: http://kb.netgear.com/20641/ReadyNAS-Hard-Disk-Com...
Just manually triggered the RAID array to expand to use the additional space on the disks. Once this is complete the volume should then expand.
A resync is now taking place. The volume should then expand.
