Your system is now running 6.6.0.
Do you still have the issue on that?
Note that it would be advisable to clear your web browser cache, close your web browser then reopen the web admin page in case there are some browser caching issues.

Which firmware are you running?
Have you tried going through the setup wizard again, but this time not changing the web admin password?

Hi mdgm,
Thanks for your help; we're running v6.2.4.
Yes, I've tried all sorts of answers in the setup wizard including entering the password as the existing default password however nothing seems to make a difference and I always end up back at the beginning of the setup wizard; the wizard will not allow me to leave the password field blank.
Thanks,
Geoff

6.2.4 is very old firmware now. It could be helpful to see if you still run into this issue with newer firmware.

Hi mdgm - apologies for the delay; ok, I will update the firmware to the latest release. I am not in the office today and since I presently cannot gain access to the admin portal I will need to apply the new firmware via USB (unless there's another way to do so while remote to the unit?). Once I've had a chance to do this I will update this post.
Appreciate alll of your help.
Thanks,
Geoff
