Readynas 3138 Not booting (LED-Language?)
Our Readynas 3138 stopped working yesterday. It was still running LED looked normal but I couldnt access it via IP. I had to force a shut down since gaceful wasnt working. After that it wouldnt boot ...
Raidar doenst find the NAS. I found that It's rebooting after a while, but instantly stays like shown in the photo. power / health / UI /LAN- LED are off, but fans are spinning.

Maybe try powering down and removing the disks (labeling by slot). Then power up diskless, and see if RAIDar finds the NAS.
