ReadyNas 314 Failed to query Search Result

I have been trying to turn on FIleSearch for one of the shares on the NAS. It seems to start indexing just fine and eventually it stops tolling me it is indexing but never actually tells me it comple...

    Welcome to the Community!

     

    You may try first updating the firmware to 6.9.3. If you will still have the same error after the update, please download the NAS system logs and then provide it to us. Please check this link on how you can send the logs.
