When you power down the NAS with the preferred shutdown, does it always fail to fully boot when you start it up again?
Yes always, with Booting... message only.
Then i will have to power off manually by pressing power button.
Or does it sometimes boot normally?
Once in a while it boots normally.

Also, can you connect the NAS hdmi port to a monitor before you boot it up? There might be some clues on the screen if you do that.
