ReadyNAS 316 slow connection

Hi all hoping to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue or has in the past. When I make a connection to the ReadyNAS via wired LAN it is taking up to 30-40 seconds from login to the syste...

    I meant the 4GB root volume on the disks that stores the OS, your settings etc. You can see this in e.g. btrfs.log

        At this point I am unable to download any large file from the NAS. A 2.5 MB mp3 take about 2 minutes to download.
