If you have updated to 6.7.3 and ran into this issue please try USB Boot Recovery with ReadyNAS OS 6.7.4 which is now available!
If you have not yet upgraded please upgrade to 6.7.4 rather than 6.7.3. If your system has already been fixed I would still suggest updating to 6.7.4 the normal way using the web admin GUI.

mdgm sent me a PM to put my device into Tech Support mode. Looks like they were able to log into the device and fix whatever the issue was. I would suggest starting a thread that indicates the issues you're seeing.
Can you let us know what we can do in the future to avoid problems like these?

Well one thing would be to make sure apps are configured to store all data on the data volume.
There is a different issue that we're investigating at the moment.

I'm having the exact same issue with my RN314 (lcd_panic_handler+7d error message). I've put my system in Tech Support mode so that it can be fixed remotely if that is the required fix. What else do I need to do? Thanks.
