ReadyNas 3200 iSCSI issues with ESX 4.0
I cannot get my readynas iscsi to appear in the storage adapters to be able to add a new storage device. I have several Targets, and none of them are showing up. However, if I create a new one, and then do a rescan, it will appear in the static discovery for the iscsi initiator, but not in storage adapters. The Target name is iqn.2009-11.NameOfReadyNAS:readynas. Yes there are capitalizations in the target name. Could that be the issue? All of my targets show up in the Static Discovery, but none can be used as a datastore. I have entered in the iqns for access control, all lowercase, and a chap. I have tried with and without chap.

- erwinriveraAspirantYEP same issue here both do not appear on ESXI 4.1 but can be mounted in esxi5.0
NFS works fine but not ISCSI
This was definitely working in previous firmware but on 4.2.1.9 it does NOT work.
Under Storage Adapters > Software iscsi adapter properties > Under Dynamic or Static tabs the LUNS can be seen but you cannot add as part of storage.
Seriously looking at ebaying this and moving to QNAP or THECUS too many issues with this readynas to have a consistent virtualisation lab.
