ReadyNAS 3312 snapshots not visible for current date

Hi,

 

I have configured daily snapshots for the shares and it is working properly without any issues. Today one of user has deleted a folder mistakenly and wanted to restore it from the snapshots, when i tried to restore i am not able to see the snapshot of 20-Sep 12AM for this particular share. All other shares are having snapshots for the same time but this one is not listed.

 

I checked the logs and found that snapshot was created sucessfully for this share on this time but i am not able to see it in the list for restoring. It would be great if some one can help me out.

    What firmware are you running?

     

    Also, did the user delete an ordinary folder?  Or did they delete the share itself from the admin web ui?

     

    Do you have ssh enabled?  You could list the snapshots there if you are comfortable with the linux command line.
