Readynas 424 Failed to change permission and ownership of the share

We're having "Failed to change permission and ownership of the share" problem, the NAS fail to apply cloud permission (from Egnyte) but use it own original permission. Every time we try to reset the NAS permission it reported fail as below screenshot (only share folder has this error, other folders we reset permission successfully). Please suggest any idea/solution!Nas share fail log

  • It was Egnyte version upgrade issue. After we upgraded into newer version, problem solved now. Please close this post.

Actually we did it before posting here. We checked the device together already, and after verified many factors, we think it related to NAS that why they asked me to contact NetGear support to see any suggestion.

Can you try resetting the NAS permissions once more then download your logs and send them in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?
