ReadyNAS 4312S / not able to login to admin page
Hi
I am not able to log in my storage admin page and the login window keep pupping up although i am sure of my password and user

Are you browsing to https://nas-ip-address/admin (using the real IP address of course)?
If so, are you then logging in as admin?
yes i am logging in with the IP/admin but it is keep asking for user name and password. and i am sure my user and password correct
even i can access ssh with same user name and password

To be clear, the user name needs to be admin, and the password is the NAS admin password. Is that what you are using?
