readynas 500 apps

When ever I try to click on the link to view the installed apps, I just get the spinning circle to wait and it will not ever load the installed apps. latest updates are installed. It does this interm...

I going to assume I don't. Are you talking about a backup of all my files on the nas or just a backup of the OS?
