RBR850 500 Internal Server Error
I'm having an impossible time connecting to my router via the app (on 2 different phones) or via a browser (Chrome and Edge on different pcs). Every now and then a can temporarily get in using the app, but my 3 satellites show disconnected even though they are working fine and after a minute or so I get a message that it can't find my device and back to square 1. Again, I have wifi but cannot access settings at all.
Any help is appreciated!
Yes, prior backup configurations can re-introduce issues. Why it's best to FR and setup from scratch after newer FW has been applied. Then after it's all setup, save off a new backup configuration to file.
Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a new back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

I get error 500 or 503 on the browser
What FW is loaded on the system?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
- 2ndRunnerAspirantI'm saving that for a last resort since I have multiple static ip addresses setup and it would be chaos to redo. The firmware is the latest that came out in April but this issue started last month June
I believe the only way to resolve this is thru a FR.
Also please keep on had a back up configuration. Saves time if a FR is needed.
