Your 4GB root volume was filled by MySQL database(s).
Also you ran into an issue that can be encountered if apps are installed before updating the firmware that can lead to apps and other packages being unable to be installed/updated. That issue is now fixed in 6.7.0 Beta, which I've put on your system.

Today found the NAS suddenly found out that it could find the boot system.
I pulled out the harddrive at the bottom. since that is the last big thing I have done to the NAS
Im back at:

Before i startet up the NAS again. I looked in the bios. If some thing looked funny. Is it correct that it is 2 usb booting options?
I changed nothing in the BIOS. Just wanted to see if it found all of the printer hard disk and possibly boot up disk. The flash and usb drive.

For now I leave it to morrow to se if it moves beyond 64%.

Don't change any BIOS settings
When did you add the disk at the bottom? Was it blank i.e. unformatted when you added it to the NAS?
