Do you have a backup of the files?
Just replacing a bad disk isn't enough to remount a failed volume. Download the full log zip file from the web ui, there is a lot more information in the logs on what has gone wrong.
If you need help interpreting the logs, you can send me a private message (PM) using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page. Put the entire log zip into cloud storage (Dropbox, google drive, etc), and put a link in the PM. Make sure the link permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.
