I suggest powering down, removing disk 1, and rebooting. Then capture a fresh set of logs, and PM me a link (using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page).
StephenB looked through my logs and let me know my data is likely not salvageable. I appreciate his time and just going to go with what I saved before it died.

Unfortunately a second disk failed, which XRAID/RAID-5 can't deal with.
As I mentioned in the PM, it might be possible to clone disk 1 (the newly failed disk). But it is generating a lot of errors, so even if the cloning process completed, there likely would be file corruption due to copy errors during cloning.
