ReadyNAS 600 - stuck booting (SOLVED)

Thanks mdgm, I have the following issue possibly.
"Boot loader fails to locate valid RAIDiator image, Raw-write CF shall solve the problem, otherwise, CF socket
and DIMM are in question."
but... its soo hard to tell as I have had one error after the other, also different boots appear to show different issues, so I'll start with the Flash or maybe the usb boot.
I have done the CF rawrite before but havent had to try the usb boot so ill stick with what I know.
