Readynas 626x Bad Ethernet port
Need help! Took a power spike and it knocked out the ethernet port on my Readynas 626. Anybody know if there is a place to buy replacement I paid big bucks for this nas and not being able to do a sim...

FYI for other folks like me out there getting this same issue with contacting support.
The MY Support RMA process DOES NOT WORK WITH CHROME browser.
I used IE and no problems. I also checked Firefox and Safari it works on those browsers too.
I have paid for business replacement. Having this go down would be critical for my business.

Hi Printelf1979,
The RN626x has a 5 years hardware warranty and I believe this NAS model was just released 1 or 2 years ago so this should still be under warranty. If you are the original purchaser of the device, you may contact support so they can process an RMA. They may also require the proof of purchase before they can process the RMA.
