ReadyNAS 626X (RN626X00) S/N 4MD46CEL000F1

Dear Team,

 

yesterday unexpectedly  my NAS server stopped working  so i rebooted the NAS after it was stuck on booting at 46% and then after long time its booted.

 

but i was not able to access it through admin page.

 

it has 4TB of 4 HDD on RAID5 ,DISK 3 LED is BLINKING.

 

on front display showing resyncing of data 10.95% , 0MB available out off 10.91 TB.

 

in Admin login page following error are showing.

    Something is going with with disk 5 for sure.

     

    But it is best not to interrupt the resync, so I suggest letting that complete.  Hopefully the completion estimate is off.

     

    Try downloading the full log zip from the logs page.  There should be clues in there on what happened.  If you need help interpreting the logs, you can send me a download link via PM.  Make sure the permissions are set so anyone with the link can download.

     

    Don't post the link publicly, as there is some privacy leakage if you do that.
