Power supply seems OK, fan is running and the backplane SATA lights (all 6) light up.Disks seem to go through their internal POST but clearly the system doesn't get as far as starting to read the boot information from the disks.
What happens if you power down, remove all the disks, and then power up again (diskless)?
I suggest labeling the disks by slot as you remove them.
Same result. Just sits there with the welcome message.
I've tried the original 6 disk array, one scratch disk and diskless. All the same outcome.
