ReadyNAS 716x - "Consumed" column only shows zeroes. F/W 6.9.3
Does anyone know how to resolve ths issue please? Have seen comments relating to the larger Rack Mount boxes. Not sure whether those solution apply to the Desktop boxes.
Many thanks.
Are quotas disabled on your volume? Quotas must be enabled at the volume level to show consumed space for shares.
Under System > Volumes, click on the Settings wheel, click on Settings and look at the Summary section. There is a checkbox for Quota. If it's disabled try enabling it. If it's already enabled you could try disabling it, apply your change wait say 30 seconds and then re-enable it again.
An OS Re-install (if you did one) would have disabled quotas on the data volume.

Great, thank you that worked for me.
It was already enabled, so disabled it, left it 10 mins and then re-enabled it. All OK after about 30 mins.
Had a similar problem on a 516, not Zeroes this time but dashes. Tried the above, but did NOT work.
Thanks again.
