So then in your case at least it sounds like a browser compatibility issue has been introduced by a newer version of Chrome.

for what it's worth, i've read through quite a few others and they're reporting a conf which doesn't clean up when installing an app, this seems to be resolved in 6.2.3 thus doesn't affect this. but i'll dump the info from apache2 just in case

Yes that problem is only evident to the previous firmware. Please contact support to resolve this issue immediately.

rebooted the system thrice.
Errored the first 2 times, now can connect.
the sqlite3 commands all returned 'ok'
This keeps happening intermittently now. when i'm in an 'error' state i'll run the sqllite3 commands again and see what the results are.
