Interesting. works fine in internet explorer but chrome just says that the admin page is offline. I never though i'd write a sentence like that.
IE 11.0.9600.17905
Chrome 44.0.2403.89 m
So then in your case at least it sounds like a browser compatibility issue has been introduced by a newer version of Chrome.

Wondering if it's not a compatibility issue with last Chrome 44, at least on Linux.
I have upgraded my Ultra 2 to 6.2.4 few weeks ago, and the admin page was working fine.
Today, after a recent upgrade of Chrome to version 44, I have the same error.
With Firefox39, the admin page are working fine!
Using Xubuntu 14.04

I am running 6.3.5 on my box at home.
I just updated to 44.0.2403.89 (based on the recent repo update).
The UI seems to look without issues. There is an updated UI in both 6.2.5 and 6.3.5 (they UI could is the same).
Try the 6.2.5 beta if you are not able to wait for the release:

I know this was brought up internally and may have been addressed in the newer firmware.
