ReadyNAS DUO - Files disappeared, video only
I've been using this DUO for many years just for simple NAS with no problems, X-RAID (Expandable RAID), 2 disks, Redundant. I have Shares set as Backup and Media.. In Media I have five folders,...
I cant get anything from Netgear suport re data recovery, I guess as this DUO is 7 years old.
I will have to try the ReclaiMe.
I would realy like to find out what happened.

I checked your profile and found that your ReadyNAS Duo is registered but it no longer has warranty. However, you can still purchase data recovery support contract from support team, I believe you may also need to purchase a per incident support first.
