ReadyNAS Duo - password lenth

I'm using ReadyNAS Duo. I would like to know if there is way to bypass the users password limitation (9 characters only).

My duo v1 will accept passwords of 30 characters (perhaps more, I stopped testing there). What firmware are you running?
