ReadyNAS Duo drops off LAN
Hi, I'm new to this forum because I've never had a problem with my Duo until now. Hopefully someone can help. I recently moved house and when starting my Duo up for the first time, I was unable to...

Ok guys,
Sorry for the delayed communication, things are pretty hectic at the mo. I appreciate the responses so far but I'm afraid things are going from bad, to worse.
It turns out that my disks aren't on the HCL. For some reason, Netgear supports both the 2Tb and 1Tb versions of my disk but not the 1.5Tb :-( However, these disks have been running perfectly until I moved house. Roughly 15months......
The problem has now escalated to a blue flashing Power LED, no disk lights and the Raidar status "Bad disks detected". I only have my single "good" disk installed. (Disk1)
The NAS is returning a ping on the address which I assigned to it but I cannot access it in FrontView no browse to the shares. Disk 1 is still my original data disk and disk 2 was the one sent for repair to WesDig. I have since formatted Disk 2 in the hope that it would re-sync when re-installed.
I have also, this morning, tried an OS Re-install but I don't think this has worked because all of my IP settings are still the same.
"OS reinstall. Reinstalls the firmware from the system’s internal flash to its disks. Use the OS reinstall boot mode when the system crashes and corrupts some configuration files. OS reinstall boot mode also resets some settings on your system, such as Internet protocol settings and the administrator password, to defaults."
I understand that my disks aren't on the HCL and I'm kicking myself that I didn't check. Any help would be appreciated even if it is merely advice on how to retrieve my data off my only working disk (if still working).
I was unable to backup my data before this happened.
Thanks again.
