All data lost. My own fault
Ended up formatting disks and started from scratch.
I have some data backed up but I'm still gutted.
If anyone experiences the same issue, here's my advice........

I have some data backed up but I'm still gutted.
If anyone experiences the same issue, here's my advice........
- Remove both the defective and the good drive.
Check/Replace the defective drive.
Perform a Factory reset with just the replaced/blank drive in the Duo.
Plug in the good drive containing old data into the USB port.
Copy Data back to device.
After copy and check, remove the USB disk and format it.
Place newly formatted disk into second bay to go fully redundant again.
Fixed.
