Do you have a static IP address assigned on the Duo?

Hello,
Thank you for your answer.
So, Yes! i'm using 192.168.0.140, wich is working when I directly connect to my laptop. (I tried different switch ports and ethernet cables that were working with my laptop but NAS doesn't get connected)
In addition, yesterday I tried to manually update FW but it fails while loading file.

Is your router also using 192.168.0.x addresses?

yes it is.
I have tested just connecting NAS to switch not router (to avoid any interference with DHCP server) and i got same behavior.
