Hello!
just fixed the issue.
The problem was on NAS network interface configuration on Speed/Duplex mode configuration.
It was set to Automatic, after changing to 100Mbps Full duplex it started working in all previous cases.
Hope it helps other people with same issue.
PD: I'm not able to updat FW manually neither autmatically...

Hello,
yes, NAS worked before then we disconnected (power supply and ethernet for some months).
Now i try to put it working again but it is working just when i directly connect to my PC.
Let me summarize my setups in order to clarify which case is working:
(all following cases setting static IP to NAS, 192.168.0.140 that is same subnet as my pc and all devices on home network. No other device has same IP)
- NAS -> PC = NAS connection OK but little bit slow
- NAS -> SWITCH -> PC (no other devices connected and all ports tested) = Nas Connection NOK
- NAS -> SWITCH -> PC (other devices connected and communicating well to my PC, all ports tested) = NAS connection NOK
- NAS -> Router -> PC (no other devices connected and all ports tested) = Nas Connection NOK
- NAS -> Router -> PC (other devices connected and communicating well to my PC, all ports tested) = NAS connection NOK
I've noticed that when connected to Switch or router takes long time to lit LAN leds (maybe 5 minutes).
EDIT1: When directly connecting NAS to my PC takes about 20 seconds to lit LAN leds (other devices connected to my PC takes less than 1 seccond to lit)
Other topic is, why I can not update FW when directly connected to my PC?
Thank you for your support.

What firmware are you running?
The most common reason for not reaching the update server is forgetting to configure a DNS server in the network settings for the NAS. 8.8.8.8 works (it's google's open DNS server).

DNS was OK because autoupdate screen shows me new update, but it fails when i request to update my nas.

Hi josepvr,
Are you able to make changes to the ReadyNAS settings, like maybe creating shares, back-up jobs?
Not 100% sure but the OS partition could full or filling up.
Do you receive an error message when upgrading manually?
What apps are installed on the ReadyNAS?

Very possible. I suggest making a backup, and then deleting the log files on the NAS (w/o downloading them).
You could then the update again, and see if it works. Or just do a factory reset and reload the data from the backup.
