ReadyNAS Duo not mounting LVM volume?

1. Turn NAS off
2. Press and hold reset button
3. Press power button long enough for the NAS to shows signs of life and begin to boot
4. Release reset button after first blink of disk LEDs (after about 5 seconds)
Releasing after about 10-15 seconds would be safe. Even if you released after 30 seconds, you could disconnect the NAS from power within about 10 minutes to abort the factory default.
I would suggest you seek expert assistance from NetGear tech support (http://www.readynas.com/support).
