Thanks a lot for your quick answer. The case that you wrote about can not be true, because 1st) The NAS is supported by a UPS device and 2nd) The second Ready NAS (same Type, same Capacity, same SW) didn't have these unaccetable shutdown.
Did you have any other idea? At the moment in in process to replace my two ReadyNAS.

The log says that there was an unexpected shutdown.
I was thinking that perhaps the power connections were loose - in which case the UPS protection wouldn't help.
Another possibility is that the NAS software simply crashed for some reason. I'm not sure if it would automatically start if that happens or not. But you think that is possible, you could try a factory reset (reconfiguring everything, and restoring the data from backup).
