An IP phone only needs 100 megabit. To get your five connections you'd need to connect two things to the switch, and 3 to the router (with one cable between the two).
Though the Sonus bridge also has a passthrough ethernet port (at least the one here does: http://www.sonos.com/shop/products/bridge) If you also have two internet ports on yours, you could connect the IP phone to the bridge - eliminating the need for the switch right now.
