I just wanted to say thank you for your help. I have used the Sonos bridge and the IP phone is in that. I have the NAS, Laptop and PC into the other LAN ports adn the phone and other things all wireles....
THe new Netgear router is giving me some trouble so off over to bug those on the main netgear forum for help :)
And I Was suprised an iPhone 4 does not have 5g wireless.
