Readynas duo V1 no connection with Technicolor tg799vac

I use Windows 10, 64 bit latest update, My ReadyNAS will not connect to Telia Fiber Gateway Technicolor TG799VAC Extreme via NW contact, if I use my older router Huawei E5172 it connects without problem. i.e.RAIDar does not find my NAS on Technicolor but no problem at all on Huawei, my son has exactly the same problem with another Technicolor Router.

Can you give us some more details:

    • what is "via NW contact"????
    • Is the ethernet LED showing activity on the NAS and the router?
    • Is the NAS configured to use DHCP?  Or is it using a static IP address
    • What IP address range is used by the new router?  Is the older Huawei using the same address range?

Hi I thougt I already answered, but can't see so I try again:

"NW contact" I just mean the cable connection between Technicolor and ReadyNas

LED close to "cable entry"  shows activity when connected to Huawei but not to Technicolor

      NAS conigured to use DHCP

Huawei using 192.168.1.1  -  192.168.154, Technicolor I can't see, probabl the sam since connected devices hav adree within that range

I attach main screen for Technicolor

Is the LED on back of the NAS side?  Or do you only mean the LED on the router?

Do you have an ethernet switch you can put between the NAS and the Technicolor?
