Hi clblackman,
Does the device still show up in RAIDar? Could you try to do a ping via cmd? Also, check if you can access https://192.168.1.61/admin/.
Kind regards,

An OS Re-install won't necessarily fix corrupt root. It does depend what caused it.
If you have corrupt root due to a full 2GB root volume for example, then doing an OS Re-install may actually make your problems worse.
Do you have a backup?- clblackmanJan 16, 2016Aspirant
I do not have a backup of my raid.
What are my options if the device is full?

The Duo shows up in RAIDar 6.0 while it is starting up.
Drive 1 has a red X
Drive 2 has a green check mark
Once it seems to have started up I can no longer see it in RAIDar or on my router.

Try powering down the NAS and see if it boots with disk 1 removed.
If it does, then back up your data right away.
You could then test the drive 1 with seatools in a Windows PC.
