That is the failure address for DHCP. Was the NAS ever able to get a DHCP address from your router???

I tried to connect by ssh and telnet but both options are getting refused since it's not enabled on device, and i can't find where i could enable any of them via WebGUI
Telnet only works in tech support mode.
To enable ssh, you need to install an add-on. You can download it form here:
This is a "toggle" add-on. It has no ui. You remove it by installing it a second time.
Log into the NAS using root as the username and using the NAS admin password.

Actually static address already was set at NAS before (it was local network) and after i remove it and let NAS get it from DHCP server i was stuck with this problem. So short answer is NO, never been able to get address from DHCP.
I have already downloaded and install add-on but didn't know it's "toggle" add-on as i was searching it under installed add-on, so you are saying i just need to install it and ssh will be enabled?

Correct.

Is there anything unusual about your router setup? Are you using encrypted DHCP or do you perhaps have more than 2 DHCP servers set up in the router?

Thanks, i'll try installing add-on once again, and will try to set IP through ssh, hopefully i could enter with root access.
No, i don't have encrypted DHCP or 2 DHCP servers either.
