All I can say is wow. Hung up on 6 times by Netgear support since 4pm. Finally got through by being transferred from another department. Tech would not create a ticket for me. NO SUPPORT FOR THIS DEVICE apparently. He offered to contact me whenever there is an update to the firmware. I asked him if he was just not going to create a ticket or what and at that point he just stops responding. He got my callback number at the beginning of the call. No callback so I assume there was no phone problem. I hung up after 4 minutes of silence. I will try once more before returning this and the new working Netgear router I just bought a week ago. Really shocked at the quality of support so far. I hope this is just due to one bad tech and a flood of post-xmas calls.
**update - Just spoke with a few other people and created a case regarding this. Looks like the hangups and first call were just bad luck.
