Hi Aure77
Welcome to the Community!
Do you have the disks inserted when you performed the Factory Reset? It will not do a Factory Reset or OS Reinstall without the disks
It says No disks detected, does it have the same status when the disks are inserted? What firmware have you updated to?
Please make sure you have backup of your data and also download the full logs if still possible.

No disk were inserted... I already tested with disks without success too.
I have tested one disk by one and I think that one is died.
The second start (disk led is lit), but RAIDar says that : "corrupt root"
I have retry OS reinstall and factory reset with this disk inserted without success...
Could you help me ?

I hope you have backup of your data so you will not worry too much on recovering it.
We need to confirm the Duo version you have by checking on it's appearance. Kindly see this link and confirm the version of your Duo.
